Crafting - Naming items

So basically if a crafter crafts an legendary item (I don’t know if something of this high rarity is possible), but the crafter would be able to name it if it’s a legendary, or “red” rarity.

While I'm not against the idea, that kind of feature require moderation or I can already see swords named after male body part etc.
Also with the way our data are structured, it's a bit tricky to implement.
