Crafting materials found on specific bosses/dungeons

Add crafting materials that are only acquired from specific bosses or dungeons to potentially make stronger weapons, armour and consumables. This could allow for lower levelled dungeons and bosses to retain some form of relevance and to not be completed just because the story requires you to.
