Npcs limbs dismemberment while staying alive

When attacking an enemy with a strong enough hit with a big enough weapon they may lose their limb if they had no armour. Which will give them a huge damage spike and make them enter a bleeding state. (Will be fun if they begged to keep them alive too)

We don't want to fall under the PEGI 18 classification :)
The violence in combat is already enough, we don't plan to make it gore.
