Realistic time for making/doing things

For example if I make an order for a new sword that I want a blacksmith to make me, it would take a couple to a few in game days and then I would need to come pick it up later. Or if I made it myself It would either be faster or I would have to hang it somewhere in my house or something, same with armor. Or I could just buy it directly from the store.

TysnThat would be fun like you and you party are on an adventure and you are doing some quests but then one of you realizes and says “wait I have to pick up my sword new sword!” So you all go and pick it up or like have little errands you have to do, kind of like slice of life anime’s
