Subscription (in game currency) to be in NPC guild

You have to pay a subscription to the guild you are in (different guilds some are better then others) that way if you can’t complete quests or end up dying to much you end up losing money. When you start and can’t join a guild you do NPC quests or other stuff to be able to afford the membership. This way there is a penalty if you can’t complete anything or if you “suck” and maybe you have to pay if you take on a quest and take to long to do it, because you are kind of hogging it and another adventurer won’t be able to do it
