My suggestion is that there could be bosses in dungeons to clear them like solo leveling and bosses found in areas of the world. (I’m new here so I don’t know if this is already planned or not.)

All dungeons contain at least one boss that is more challenging than regular monsters.
In exploration area ("open world"), there are events when you explore and one of those events can be a boss encounter with high rewards.
