Limit crafting profession to a certain number per character

Instead of allowing access to all crafting professions, limit it to 2 or 3 to encourage trading between players (or create more characters).

I much prefer to allow full access to all professions, with the limitation being practical, e.g. leveling professions requires a specific resource that is time gated (you can only collect it every certain period of time, or it takes a very long time to collect the higher your profession)

This can allow people to be a jack of all trades and a master of none, or to focus their efforts on becoming a master craftsman in a few trades.
